Software for law firms

Cases, documents, deadlines and billing in one system, with AI document review a lawyer stays in charge of. From the team that built and runs LawManager.

For law firms

What we build

Most practices run on a case list in one tool, deadlines in a calendar, documents in a shared drive and billing in a spreadsheet, and the hours go into moving information between them. We build systems where the case is the centre and everything else hangs off it, with AI reading documents inside that workflow rather than in a chatbot beside it.

  1. 01.

    Case and matter management

Every case with its parties, documents, deadlines and history in one place, with role-based access for partners, associates and staff.

  2. 02.

    AI document review

Documents read inside the case, with every extracted value pointing back at its source and nothing saved until a person accepts it.

  3. 03.

    Deadlines and appointments

Court dates and internal deadlines tracked against the case they belong to, not in somebody's personal calendar.

  4. 04.

    Client portal

Clients see the documents and updates meant for them, without another email thread.

  5. 05.

    Time, expenses and billing

Hours, expenses and invoices tied to the matter they belong to.

  6. 06.

    A complete audit trail

A record of who changed what and when, which legal work needs and most general tools skip.

Built and run by us

We already run one of these.

Questions

Common questions

Can we use LawManager instead of a custom build?

Often, yes. LawManager covers cases, documents, deadlines, billing and a client portal as it is. A custom build makes sense when your practice has workflows or integrations it does not cover.

Is client data safe with AI document review?

The AI works inside the system with the same permissions as the rest of it, nothing it extracts becomes a fact until a lawyer accepts it, and we agree the model provider and its retention settings with you before any client document is processed.

Can you move our existing cases across?

Yes. Migration is planned during discovery, because years of case history are usually the most valuable thing in a firm's current tools.
