Common questions
Is custom software worth it over an off-the-shelf tool?
Not always, and we will say so. It is worth it when your process is a competitive advantage, or when the licence and workaround cost of the off-the-shelf option has quietly overtaken the build.
Can it integrate with what we already use?
Yes. Integration is usually a requirement rather than an extra — accounting, payments, and whatever internal system predates everything else.
What happens to our existing data?
It gets migrated. We plan the migration during discovery, because it is often the part that determines the timeline.
